$24 - $28/hour (Full-time, ~40hrs/week)

40-60% travel, with Weekend availability required

The Field Operations Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional photobooth experiences across events and long‑term venue locations. This hands‑on role supports booth installations, event execution, technical troubleshooting, service visits, and guest engagement while ensuring our equipment remains operational, brand‑aligned, and event‑ready.

• Event setup, operation, and breakdown of photobooth activations
• Long‑term venue booth installations and service visits
• Equipment transportation, configuration, and maintenance
• Real‑time technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Guest experience and on‑site customer support
• Post‑event reporting and operational feedback
• Maintaining equipment readiness and inventory accuracy
• Representing the Majestic brand in the field

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience
• Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, technical support, field operations, or related environments preferred
• Experience setting up equipment, technology, or event activations is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Ability to lift and transport equipment safely
