We are urgently hiring 2 experienced High-Count Fiber Splice Technicians to join an active, high-volume fiber project at the Tennessee Titans Stadium in Nashville, TN. This is a production-driven OSP splicing scope already underway, and we need splicers who can step in immediately and maintain pace on a large-scale build.

• Pulling and splicing backbone / high-count fiber (up to 1,700+ count OSP fiber)
• Performing home run installations from the NTR to IDF/MDF and other network rooms
• Pulling and routing fiber through risers and vertical pathways
• Heavy use of lifts for fiber pulls and installation
• Building and organizing large fiber splice enclosures
• Performing ribbon and single fiber splicing, including straight-through splicing
• Terminating fiber at panels via pigtails and connectors, and integrating into fiber panels/cassettes

Project workload includes approximately 720 fiber runs and 160,000 total splices this is a high-volume, production-paced environment.

• Strong OSP fiber splicing experience, with high-count and ribbon splicing experience preferred
• Ability to also handle rack work and panel/cassette terminations (candidates who can handle both OSP splicing and rack/cassette work are considered premium)
• Proven ability to maintain production pace on large-scale splicing work
• Comfortable working from lifts for the majority of installation and pulling tasks

• Fujikura splicers used on-site
• Tech-owned splicer is a major plus
• Required tools: fiber/wire cutters, basic hand tools (screwdrivers, etc.); drill preferred

• OSHA 10 (required) - will be provided i needed
• Lift Certification (required) - will be provided i needed
• CPR Certification - will be provided i needed
