Technicianwithstrongelectricalandmechanicalexperiencetomaintainandrepairaccesscontrolpoints(ACPs),Active Vehicle Barriersandassociatedequipmentthroughoutthe United States .The Field Technicianwillconductpreventativeandcorrectivemaintenanceonvehiclebarriersandsafetysystems ,portablemessageboardsandgeneratorslightcarts,andclosed-circuit television(CCTV) systemsatindustrial,commercial,governmentandmilitarysites.

Theidealcandidatewillhaveexperiencewithhydraulicdrivesystems,electro-mechanicaldrivesystems,variablefrequencydrives,lowvoltagecontrols,programminglogiccontrols(PLC),andelectricalsystems,especiallythoserelatedtovehiclebarriersandACPequipment.

Perimeter Security Partnershasarobustmaintenanceandserviceteamwithseasonedleadtechniciansavailablefortroubleshootingandsupport ,withthegoalofminimizingclientsystemdowntimebyprovidingqualitytechnicalsupportandcustomerserviceinatimelymanner.

The Field Technicianwillreporttothe Field Service Supervisor .

• The Field Technicianmustbeabletoworkindependentlywithlittlesupervision ,andtobeapositiverepresentativefor

• Assess,maintain,troubleshoot,andrepairACP&Active Vehicle Barrierequipmentand CCTV systems.
• Identifyingandresolvingissueswithinhydraulicsystemsandcomponents(pumps,valves,cylinders,etc.)
• Conductpreventativeandcorrectivemaintenanceonequipmentusingchecklists,manufacturer’sguidance,andtechnicalexpertise.
• Providedailyreportsonequipmentcondition,services performed,andadditionalworkneeded.
• Develop material/equipmentlistsandlaborestimatestocorrectdeficiencies.
• Perform repairs,includingreplacingwornordamagedparts,andconductingroutinemaintenancetaskssuchaslubrication,fluid checks,andfilterchanges.
• Coordinatecloselywith Clientsecurityandotherpersonneltosafelyconductmaintenanceandserviceactionswhileminimizingoperationalimpacts.
• Draftandorganizeelectronicdocumentationfollowingeachrepairorpreventivemaintenancevisit,includingcompilingreceipts,reviewingcompletedchecklists,obtaining
  
  Clientapprovalsignature(s),composingtechnicianreports,andotherclose-out documents.
• Operateinasafemannerandcoordinatemaintenanceofaservicevehicle.

• Full Time/Hourly Pay($65,000-$77,000annuallybasedonexperience,plusperdiem)
