Boots Up Nashville is a family-owned, licensed, and insured wallpaper installation company serving the greater Nashville area. The company specializes in both residential and commercial projects, providing high quality, professional installation services.

A full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing walls and surfaces, measuring and cutting wallpaper, and installing a variety of wallpaper according to manufactures specifications. The role involves removing old wall coverings, repairing minor wall defects, priming and hanging wallpaper. The installer will work in residential and commercial settings, maintain and provide their own tools (razor blades, brushes, glue, etc) and equipment (ladders).

This position requires driving to different job sites within the greater Nashville area.

• Demonstrated experience in wallpaper installation, wall preparation, and basic finishing work.
• Skills in measuring, cutting, and aligning patterns accurately, with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Working respectfully in clients’ homes and businesses.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the greater Nashville area and willingness to work a consistent full-time schedule.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on ladders for extended periods as required by installation work.
• Prior experience in painting, drywall, or related trades preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; valid Driver's License.

Pay: $1.50 per square foot of paper installed.
