Lead Electrician – Residential | Metro Nashville (Office in Hendersonville, TN)
Full-time, Direct-Hire | Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM
Pay: $28–33/hr, depending on experience

A growing electrical contractor with strong builder, residential, and multifamily work is adding Lead Electricians. This role is for a hands-on electrician who can run their own jobs, take on more responsibility, and grow with a company that's scaling.

You'll work closely with our General Manager, who handles all licensing and compliance. That leaves you free to focus on running jobs, solving problems in the field, and delivering quality work.

What you'll do

• Run residential and multifamily jobs from rough-in through final, handling most of the day-to-day on your own
• Keep several active projects moving at once
• Work on the tools most days, and lead helpers and subs when the job calls for it
• Handle service calls and troubleshooting between jobs
• Read and work from blueprints and job specs
• Communicate with builders, project managers, subs, and homeowners, and keep the GM updated
• Mentor less experienced electricians and keep job sites safe and organized

What we're looking for

• Several years of hands-on residential electrical experience
• Experience running jobs, not just working on them
• Strong troubleshooting and panel/service work skills
• Self-directed and accountable, and takes pride in the work
• Strong spoken English. Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Licensed electricians welcome but not required, since hands-on experience matters most here
