You translate sequences into reliable code, commission systems that match design intent, and fine-tune operation until everything clicks—delivering comfort and efficiency for the people inside.

Your mission

Engineer, program, and commission BAS/DDC/PLC-based HVAC controls for commercial and industrial projects

Build graphics and sequences that are clear, maintainable, and aligned with specifications

Continuously optimize performance and troubleshoot issues, on-site and remotely

Partner with engineers, project managers, and technicians to keep projects on track

Support start-up, testing, and produce thorough documentation for turnover

Provide technical support to clients and field teams

What sets you up for success3+ years in HVAC controls programming or building automation

Fluency in mechanical systems, control sequences, and electrical fundamentals

Experience with Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, Siemens, or Distech platforms

Ability to read and apply wiring diagrams, blueprints, and control schematics

Analytical mindset, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving

Valid driver’s license (company vehicle included for work travel)
