As the Housing Stability Coach, you would be responsible for promoting safety, housing retention and emotional regulation among residents, who are transition-aged youth with histories of foster care and complex trauma.

- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Psychology, Human Services or related field.
- Two years of experience working with transition-aged youth, preferably in housing, shelter, or community-based programs. Experience with permanent supportive housing, youth housing programs, or residential care preferred.
- Strong understanding of trauma, attachment, and the foster care to adulthood transition.
- Ability to stay regulated in high-stress situations and model healthy emotional responses.
- Certified driving instructor credentials preferred.
Familiarity with Hubspot, Microsoft office - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Preferred TBRI Practitioner or MI Trained.
- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
