Evening Residential

Oasis Center seeks an Evening Residential staff member to support youth in our Nashville-based housing and shelter programs. In this on-site role, you will provide safe, consistent evening supervision; build trusting, youth-centered relationships; and respond to crises using trauma-informed, de-escalation practices. Working within a mission-driven, equity-focused team, you'll facilitate routines, life-skills activities, and supportive interactions that promote empowerment, stability, and leadership.

You'll collaborate closely with counselors and case managers, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to an inclusive environment that advances social justice and lasting community change.
