Safe Haven is seeking a housing coordinator to manage the end-to-end housing process for families experiencing homelessness. You will identify housing, coordinate inspections, match client needs to options, supervise moves, and ensure grant compliance.
You will generate and grow the landlord network through visits and cultivation, maintain detailed records, and facilitate transportation for viewings and housing placements. A trauma-informed approach is essential.
