Sevita is seeking a Job Developer to connect individuals in our home- and community-based programs with meaningful employment. In this role, you will design and deliver person-centered job-readiness and placement services, create individualized employment plans, and coach participants through job search, interviewing, and on-the-job success. You will build strong relationships with local employers, coordinate closely with clinical and case management teams, and use data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver employment and job-readiness programs for individuals in Sevita's services
• Develop individualized employment plans aligned with participant goals and abilities
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and community partners
• Provide job coaching, placement, and retention support
• Track participant outcomes and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with clinical, case management, and support teams
• Use data to improve program effectiveness and meet funder/contract requirements
• Facilitate workshops on job search, interviewing, and workplace skills
• Ensure services comply with regulations and quality standards
• Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
