Nashville Launch Pad is seeking an Emergency Shelter Advocate to provide trauma-informed support for young adults experiencing homelessness in a seasonal program. The role supports a 24/7 facility as needed, supervises guests, and helps ensure program operations run smoothly.
Shifts are evenings and overnights, October 1, 2026 through April 1, 2027, with compensation of $18.00 per hour. Prioritizes LGBTQ+ affirming, confidential, and compassionate care in a fast-changing shelter environment.
