Qualifications- 7+ years of distributed service engineering experience in a software development environment.
- Experience developing in modern programming languages such as Java, Rust, C++, or C#.
- Mastered managing, building and deploying code with tools like Git, Maven, and Intelli
J. - Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and operating public cloud service control or data planes.
- Hands‑on experience in software performance profiling, analysis, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of databases, No
SQL systems, storage, and distributed persistence technologies. - Good understanding of Linux administration and networking stack configuration.
- Deep understanding of object‑oriented design and SDK development, specifically within a cloud environment.
- Experience working closely with architects, principals, product, and program managers to deliver product features on time and with high quality.
- Demonstrable technical leadership and mentorship skills.
- Hands‑on experience developing services on a public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience driving security reviews, documentation, UX reviews, and working with Product Managers from inception through launch.
- Building continuous integration/deployment pipelines with robust testing and deployment schedules.
- Proven experience in building and operating distributed workflow management and reporting systems.

Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 – $223,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. - 11 paid holidays.
