An organization develops and maintains internally built enterprise applications that support clinical, operational, and financial workflows through a modular, integrated platform.
The Front-End Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing internal applications using .NET Core and modern front-end technologies. This role contributes across multiple layers of the application stack, including user interfaces and supporting services, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities- Translate business requirements, user stories, and use cases into functional application components
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# and Type Script code
- Ensure application performance, quality, scalability, and responsiveness
- Identify, analyze, and resolve application defects and performance issues
- Develop new modules and tools that improve end-user productivity
- Enhance analytics components to support operational and financial reporting
- Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to improve application capabilities
- Enhance existing mobile applications by introducing new functionality
- Perform data modeling to support a variety of business and operational scenarios
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with C#, React, and related front-end ecosystems
- Working knowledge of the .NET framework and .NET Core
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience developing reusable libraries and modular code
- Familiarity with common software development methodologies and architectural patterns
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and readable code
- Understanding of scalable application design principles
- Experience designing database schemas that support business processes
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and unit testing practices
- Proficiency with source control and versioning tools such as CVS, VSS, or TFS
- Experience using issue and task tracking tools such as JIRA
- Domain experience in healthcare systems or claims processing is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
