Junior Salesforce Developer; LWC, Apex HYBRID Nashville, TN

Overview

Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Junior Salesforce Developer. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. Please note we are unable to provide sponsorship or work c2c for this role.

This is a hybrid position in Nashville, TN.

• Work with scrum team to design solutions based on technical requirements
• Develop solutions within the sprint cycle
• Work with test team to troubleshoot and resolve bugs
• Troubleshoot and resolve production defects
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation; provide new functionalities and solutions as needed
• Work with Salesforce to troubleshoot and resolve open issues as needed
• Assist with sandbox and certificate management

• Experience with Salesforce LWC
• Experience developing LWC components and custom Apex classes
• Diagnose issues from error codes, logging, debugging in process builder, workflows, etc.
• Research problems to enable effectively triaging problems and providing resolutions
• Prioritize workload and assist where needed without direction
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and development processes

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field or related experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Familiarity with Omnistudio & Flexcard Integration Procedures
• Familiarity with Agent Force
• Familiarity with Salesforce Integration patterns
• Familiarity with Copado
• Understanding of databases (SQL, Entity Relationships, etc.)
