We are seeking an accomplished Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer with proven expertise in modern development practices and a passion for AI-assisted software development. This role requires someone who can take ownership of Windsurf code management practices and lead the charge in transforming how our teams leverage AI throughout the software development lifecycle.

As our Senior Software Engineer for AI-Powered SDLC, you ll be the architect of change—helping our organization embrace the future of intelligent development. You ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, build automation that matters, and create workflows that genuinely improve how our teams work every day.

This isn t a typical engineering role. You ll write code, but more importantly, you ll be crafting the systems, standards, and practices that empower dozens of engineers to work more effectively. You ll collaborate directly with development teams to understand their pain points, then build tailored solutions—whether that s custom AI agents, MCP servers, automation scripts, or comprehensive documentation. You ll lead training sessions, mentor developers, and serve as the go-to expert for AI tool utilization.

• Technical Leadership & Development
  • Lead the design and implementation of custom rules, workflows, skills, and personas that optimize our Windsurf code management practices across all development teams
  • Architect and build AI agents and MCP servers that automate repetitive tasks, enhance code quality, and accelerate development cycles
  • Develop robust automation solutions using scripts and tools that streamline the entire software development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment
  • Establish technical standards for AI tool usage, ensuring consistency, security, and best practices across the organization
  • Drive innovation by researching and evaluating emerging AI technologies and development tools, then piloting promising solutions

• Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Create comprehensive documentation covering Windsurf code management, AI-assisted development patterns, and tool utilization best practices
  • Develop clear, actionable guides that make complex technical concepts accessible to developers at all skill levels
  • Build a knowledge repository that serves as the single source of truth for development standards, workflows, and tooling guidelines
  • Conduct hands-on workshops where developers can practice new techniques in a supportive, collaborative environment
  • Provide coaching to individuals and teams looking to enhance their capabilities with AI tools
  • Mentor the junior developer supporting implementation efforts, helping them grow their technical and professional skills

• Collaboration & Strategic Advisory
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including developers, QA engineers, product managers, and architects—to understand their unique needs and challenges
  • Participate actively in technical design discussions, providing guidance on AI tool integration and development approaches
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for questions related to Windsurf, Git Hub, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, and AI-assisted development
  • Translate technical possibilities into business value, helping stakeholders understand the impact of AI-powered development

Required Experience

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of building scalable, maintainable software systems
• Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven experience with AI-powered development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code, or similar platforms
• Strong background in building automation solutions—whether CI/CD pipelines, development workflows, or custom tooling that improves team efficiency
• History of technical leadership—whether formal or informal—where you ve influenced technical direction and mentored other engineers
