Job Title: .Net Senior Fullstack Developer

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and own end-to-end workflows or features in healthcare applications using .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, and SQL Server. Must deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code following design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices. Experience with EMR/EHR integrations, SMART on FHIR, FHIR APIs, and Azure cloud services is required.

• Own and deliver end-to-end workflows/features: design -> development -> testing -> deployment -> support
• Build full-stack solutions using C#, .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, Type Script, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Apply object-oriented design, clean architecture, SOLID, and design patterns (DI, Repository, Factory)
• Develop RESTful APIs and FHIR-compliant APIs; integrate SMART on FHIR apps with EMRs
• Build cloud solutions using Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus (Queues), Storage, App Configuration, Key Vault
• Follow secure coding practices; manage secrets and certificates via Azure Key Vault
• Use Git and Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD, version control, and SDLC management
• Write unit & integration tests: xUnit, Jest, Jasmine, Karma
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance via Application Insights
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure maintainability

• Backend: C#, .NET 4.8, REST/FHIR API, xUnit, SMART on FHIR
• Frontend:
  Angular 17+, Type Script, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Jest/Jasmine/Karma
• Cloud & Dev Ops:
  Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus (Queues), Storage, App Configuration, Key Vault, Application Insights, Azure Dev Ops, Git
• Data: SQL Server (query optimization, performance tuning)

• Write clean, testable, maintainable code
• Apply design patterns, SOLID, and clean architecture
• Focus on feature-level performance, reliability, and security
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

• Senior Full Stack development with end-to-end workflow/feature ownership
• EMR/EHR integration experience
• Strong knowledge of FHIR standards, SMART on FHIR, and healthcare interoperability
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization

• Healthcare domain and HIPAA compliance knowledge
• OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect (SMART on FHIR security)
• Microservices or event-driven architecture
