Job Description
We’re looking for highly skilled AI engineers to design and build high‑scale, cloud‑based data processing pipelines that ingest, transform, and analyze massive volumes of healthcare data with low latency, powering business insights and analytics across EHR and RCM systems.
You will leverage LLMs, AI agents, and modern data platforms to solve problems like clinical decision support, revenue optimization, and workflow automation while using AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
Responsibilities- As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
- Build and enhance data pipelines, ETL workflows, and transformations.
- Contribute to LLM/agent‑based features and analytics use cases.
- Work with EHR/RCM datasets and support KPI/dashboard development.
- Learn and apply best practices in cloud, data engineering, and LLMOps.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python/Java.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Deep expertise in data engineering: ETL, data transformation, data modeling (Spark, SQL).
- Experience building high‑scale distributed data systems.
- Cloud experience (OCI/AWS/Azure).
- Experience with creating major new functionality in a software system all the way from design, through development and testing to production deployment.
- Experience with collaborating across multiple functional areas to develop components that are part of a larger system.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
- Experience blending hands‑on coding with smart adoption of AI‑driven solutions to rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and deliver reliable code.
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude or similar models on a routine basis to improve productivity.
- Experience with agentic architectures or GenAI platforms.
- Background in healthcare or digital health systems.
- Understanding of EHR systems and RCM workflows.
- Familiarity with healthcare coding standards (ICD/CPT).
US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
