Nashville, TN (On-site, Remote)

We are inviting experienced professionals in AI / Machine Learning Engineer leadership roles to participate in upcoming research projects focused on workflow management tools and development processes. We are particularly interested in individuals involved in evaluating, selecting, purchasing, or making decisions about workflow management tools within their organizations.

• Hold a Manager-level position or above
• Work in AI / Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineering, Software Development, Product Management, or UX/Product Design
• Currently use or actively consider using workflow management tools
• Participate in decision‑making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools within an organization
• Manager‑level experience or higher in software engineering, product management, or product design functions
• Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
• Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
• Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools

Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Projects, Git Lab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, Click Up, or  is required.

• Complete a paid screener to help us assess your background and suitability for specific research tasks
• Participate in AI‑moderated interviews/written tasks
• Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
• Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs
