• Engage with business partners to analyze processes, gather requirements, and recommend technical solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise Data and Analytics solutions for complex business problems.
• Develop, document, and implement data models, ETL, data migrations, and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Contribute to task estimation for projects.

• Demonstrated ability to recognize business needs, analyze requests, and recommend solid technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, team members, managers, and domain experts.

• Experience developing enterprise, full‑lifecycle Data and Analytics solutions with hands‑on experience in SQL, ETL, data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field (e.g., MIS or CIS) required.

• Hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions.
• Experience designing reporting and transactional models in SQL Server, Oracle, AWS RDS, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake.
• Experience planning and conducting complex data migrations.

• Understanding of Master Data Management tools and processes.
• Software development experience in Java, .NET, or Python.
• Front‑end development skills (HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript).
• Experience building AI solutions or leveraging AI in software development.
• Experience leading small teams of 1–3 people.

Competitive compensation ranging from $70,800 to $156,700 per year, with opportunities for performance‑based increase.
