Job Title: Oracle XStore Architect

Location: Nashville, TN

Duration: Long-Term

• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle XStore POS solutions.
• Customize and configure Oracle XStore applications and custom integrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle XStore implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Oracle XStore solutions.
• Conduct product demos and provide user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle XStore applications.

• Over 10 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on the retail domain.
• Proficient in Oracle XStore POS solutions and skilled on Java and integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of Java development, database connectivity, and payment integration.
• Strong expertise in Java development, including experience with Java SE, Java EE, and related frameworks.
• Experience with Java-based web services and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Java development tools and environments, such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and Maven.
• Knowledge of Java performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of retail business processes and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
