React JS Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – React JS to lead the design, development, and delivery of a large‑scale E‑Commerce Web Portal. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in modern front‑end technologies, architecture design, team leadership, and agile delivery practices. The candidate will guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, driving technical excellence, and delivering a scalable, secure, and high‑performing customer‑facing e‑commerce platform.

Experience with Git Hub Copilot and/or Microsoft Copilot for developer productivity, code generation, documentation, and quality improvements.

• Strong hands‑on experience with React JS
• Expertise in JavaScript and Type Script
• Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Design, and Cross‑Browser Compatibility
• Experience in developing large‑scale E‑Commerce applications
• Proficiency in API integration using RESTful services
• Experience with Node.js ecosystem and front‑end build tools
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization
• Experience with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams
• Knowledge and practical usage of Git Hub Copilot

• Experience with Next.js
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
• Exposure to Dev Ops practices and deployment automation
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards

• Lead end‑to‑end development of the E‑Commerce Web Portal.
• Define and implement scalable front‑end architecture using React JS.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, and Backend Teams.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor and guide team members on technical and functional aspects.
• Drive performance optimization, security, and accessibility compliance.
• Identify technical risks and proactively recommend solutions.
• Participate in solution design, technical estimations, and sprint planning.
• Utilize AI‑assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Support production deployments and resolve critical issues when required.

Status reporting, status communication in daily calls, team mentoring.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE).

$120,000 - $140,000 a year
