Health Stream is seeking an Associate Architect to join our One App Core team, which builds the One App foundation, a microfront end platform (via Module Federation) that unifies capabilities across Health Stream's product portfolio. In this role, you will mentor others on solution design and architectural patterns, contribute to technical strategy conversations, and help review and approve the technical aspects of solution designs across the One App platform.

You'll work hands‑on with React, Node.js, and microfront end architecture, partner with engineering and product teams to ensure new work aligns with our overall technical strategy, champion the effective use of AI productivity tooling, and act as a trusted technical voice across multiple teams, balancing hands‑on architectural rigor with clear, audience‑appropriate communication.
