Salesforce Technical Lead

The State of Tennessee is seeking a Salesforce Platform Developer II to serve as a senior technical resource and trusted advisor for Salesforce development initiatives across the State.

This position provides expert technical guidance on coding standards, scalable solution design, development best practices, security, and governance. The environment includes 11 statewide Salesforce organizations utilizing Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
, each supporting different business processes and levels of implementation complexity.

The Salesforce Platform Developer II will work closely with agency development teams, vendor partners, and internal Salesforce org owners to deliver secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions supporting critical services for Tennesseans.
