Qualifications

• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• 10 years of experience in retail technology, with a focus on Oracle XStore POS.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and delivery in Oracle XStore POS.
• Hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and integration with retail applications.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS systems.
• Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle XStore POS solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in functional testing and co‑ordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
• On‑site–offshore coordination and work management.
