AI Infrastructure​/Platform Engineer

Build the infrastructure behind the next generation of AI-powered legal services. Our client is looking for a hands-on engineer to architect Azure AI systems, document ingestion pipelines, RAG solutions, and the data infrastructure that turns complex information into secure, intelligent, searchable knowledge.

• High-impact role shaping enterprise AI infrastructure from the ground up.
• Work directly with senior IT leadership on strategic AI engineering initiatives.

• Architect and operate Azure infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
• Build document ingestion pipelines using OCR, extraction, chunking, and vector indexing.
• Design and operate production RAG architectures and LLM-integrated applications.
• Develop APIs, integrations, agents, and AI-powered applications.
• Architect databases, schemas, ontologies, taxonomies, and retrieval systems.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, iManage, and AI platforms.
• Maintain AI integrations, MCP servers, authentication, and data governance.

• 4+ years in software Engineering, Data Engineering, or AI Engineering with hands on production experience.
• Production experience with Azure Container Apps, Static Web Apps, Cosmos DB, Functions, Key Vault, and Entra Application Proxy.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online, Copilot 365, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience configuring and deploying MCP servers.
• RAG, vector indexing, and LLM application experience.
