Your role:
Develop intelligent agents using Vertex AI Agent Builder to automate complex business workflows. Use the Agent Developer Kit to build and manage multi-agent systems that solve end-to-end business challenges. Implement tools such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) Toolbox to securely connect agents with enterprise databases, including Big Query and Spanner. Use Vertex AI for model training, tuning, evaluation, and deployment.

Integrate Vertex AI with Big Query for feature engineering. Build and optimize streaming data pipelines using Dataflow. Execute real-time inference through the Run Inference API or Vertex AI endpoints. Ground AI models in current business context using vector engines within Big Query or AlloyDB.

Your skills and experience:
Senior candidate with 10 plus years of related skills. Proven experience with Model Garden, Vertex AI Pipelines, and model evaluation. Advanced SQL skills for Big Query, Python expertise for ML engineering, and experience with data preprocessing techniques such as scaling, encoding, and imputation. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Storage and Vertex AI endpoints. Familiarity with stateful real-time processing and current innovations in agentic architectures.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 -$193,440. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
