Senior Salesforce Developer Job Nashville area,Tennessee USA,Software Development

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and the Salesforce platform. This is a fully onsite opportunity, and the selected candidate must be available to work from the Nashville office 5 days per week
.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes
.
Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and other declarative tools
.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
Work with Salesforce objects, relationships, security models, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data management.
Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues and performance-related problems.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce development best practices.
Perform unit testing and support integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, administrators, and other developers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and ongoing enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing, and automation
.
Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce development and deployment tools such as Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD processes
.
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and development best practices.
Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, onsite team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or Administrator
.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.
Familiarity with Dev Ops and automated Salesforce deployment processes.
Experience working with healthcare or other regulated industry environments is a plus.
