The UiPath Developer will design, build, deploy, and support secure, scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and citizen service delivery across state government agencies. The role covers traditional RPA workflows and emerging Agentic AI solutions on the UiPath platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain attended, unattended, and scheduled UiPath automations for rules-based state government processes.
- Analyze business requirements and create scalable solutions using UiPath Studio, Studio Web, Orchestrator, and related technologies.
- Build enterprise-grade workflows with exception handling, logging, auditing, monitoring, and reusable components, libraries, and templates.
- Integrate automations with government applications, databases, APIs, document management systems, and cloud services.
- Apply state cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and secure automation standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, monitor, optimize, and support production automations to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation and workflow diagrams, and support citizen service modernization through intelligent automation.
- Design Agentic AI solutions using UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, Document Understanding, Communications Mining, and generative AI capabilities.
- Develop governed AI agents for autonomous decision-making, contextual reasoning, and multi-step task orchestration.
- Integrate LLMs, AI services, intelligent document processing, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration into automation workflows.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows and intelligent agents that process unstructured data, emails, forms, documents, and citizen communications.
- Ensure transparency, auditability, bias mitigation, security, and compliance with responsible AI and government policies.
- Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and help establish enterprise standards and governance across agencies.
