Highway Express is hiring CDL A drivers to operate high-volume freight lanes based out of the Nashville market. This position supports established customer contracts with steady weekly load distribution and defined routing patterns.
Drivers assigned to this fleet operate within multi-state lanes designed to maintain continuous freight movement and predictable weekly scheduling. The majority of freight is drop and hook with scheduled live unload appointments.
Freight OperationsThis program services contract-based dry van freight with consistent lane sequencing throughout the week. Drivers remain within structured regional corridors that support weekly home time and regular dispatch flow. The no-touch model allows drivers to focus on safe operation and on-time delivery.
CompensationWeekly pay is $1,500 to $2,000. Drivers are compensated for dispatched miles in accordance with company guidelines. Company-paid orientation is provided upon successful completion of onboarding. Drivers transition directly into active freight lanes following orientation.

- Auxiliary power units installed

- Equipment maintained under preventative service schedules
Equipment is assigned to promote operational familiarity and support reliability across scheduled routes.

Driver Qualifications- Valid Class A CDL required.
- Minimum recent tractor-trailer experience consistent with DOT standards.
