• Coordinating daily freight pickups and deliveries
• Dispatching drivers and monitoring shipment progress
• Communicating with customers, drivers, and brokers
• Tracking loads and providing proactive delivery updates
• Resolving transportation and scheduling issues quickly
• Maintaining accurate transportation records and documentation
• Assisting with route planning to maximize efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and freight operations
