Citation Excel​/XLS​/XLS+ Captain – Part Charter | Nashville, TN

The Opportunity

Jet Access is seeking a Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ Captain to support our Part 135 charter and aircraft-management operations from Nashville, TN. You’ll lead premium client missions while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.

• Serve as Pilot in Command on the Cessna Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ under FAR Part 135 and Part 91.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, weight & balance, fuel planning, weather, and risk assessment.
• Lead a safety-first culture, adhering to company SOPs, CRM best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional charter experience through professional client interaction and on-time, reliable operations.
• Maintain currency, training, and accurate records in accordance with company and FAA standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and mission success.

• Certificates & Medical: FAA ATP (unrestricted) and current First Class (Class
  1) medical.
• Type Rating & Currency: Current type rating in the Cessna Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ with recent training currency; initial or recurrent training in type completed within the last 12 months.

  Experience:
  
  3,000 hours total time; 1,500 hours PIC; 500 hours multi-engine PIC; 250 hours turbine PIC (250 hours in type).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations.
• Additional: Valid state driver’s license and passport; ability to pass background check and drug screening.
