Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Nashville, TN location. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment

Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 0-2 Specific Qualifications Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalency 1+ years of warehouse experience (preferred) Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. regularly Forklift certification is a plus Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., heat, cold, noise)

Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, and climb as required for warehouse tasks Ability to frequently mount and dismount forklifts and other material handling equipment Ability to work in environments with exposure to dust, noise, temperature fluctuations, and moving machinery Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to safely operate equipment and perform job duties License Required Yes
