We are looking for a responsible and resourceful Fulfillment Coordinator to package our exceptional products. You will represent our company professionally and cost‑effectively to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will be overseeing the daily packaging of assorted coffee bags, while maintaining company product standards and completing production operations in a timely manner. Applicants should have a healthy level of confidence and demonstrate a willingness to work hard for sustained periods.

Additionally, an ideal employee will practice good communication skills, be organized, detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and be committed to doing whatever it takes to exceed our customers’ expectations of quality. Duties also include the daily organizing and routing of our clients’ orders. We are looking for a self‑starter with a keen attention to detail and “can‑do” attitude, who is eager to join our close‑knit team and excited to work in this fun industry.

Hourly pay at $20 per hour, plus full health, dental, and vision insurance available, and lunch. Paid vacation time and retirement packages are available after 1 year of employment.

Monday – Friday, approximately 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

• Preparing and organizing delivery orders, while loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicles. Company vehicles are provided, and maintaining those vehicles is part of the job (oil changes and regular maintenance, car washes, general upkeep, etc.)
• Generate daily stickers and label coffee bags properly, fill different‑sized bags with specific measurements of various coffees, and seal, fold, and package bags according to company standards. Ensure accurate end products, e.g., correct coffees in correctly labeled bags
• Correctly and effectively package outgoing customer orders based upon sales orders/packing slips
• Meet daily deadlines for outgoing packages, including delivery orders, preparing outbound shipments, and staging packages for customer pick‑up
• Receive inbound warehouse deliveries
• Stock, organize, and count inventory for distribution, including storing and rotating of goods
• Keep up GMP standards within the warehouse, and complete all daily cleaning logs. Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse, production area, workspace, and facility in general
• Assess daily production needs
• Perform other warehouse duties as needed

• Being reliable, positive, detailed‑oriented, outgoing, having excellent communication skills, and a neat and professional appearance are attributes of an ideal candidate.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate pallet jacks, hand carts, and forklifts in warehouse
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for several hours per day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Warehouse experience is required.
• High school degree

• Very heavy work. Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects:
  Must be able to regularly lift full buckets of coffee weighing 15 to 30 lbs overhead.
• Requires the ability to stand and walk the production floor for most, if not all, of the work day.
• Regularly requires bending, squatting, sitting, and competent arm and hand motion. Stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and other repetitive physical motions are necessary.
• Regularly required to see, hear, taste, smell and talk.
• The employee is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 90 degrees for periods of more than one hour. The employee is subject to heat, noise, hazards, dust, and organic materials.
