Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Summary/Objectives

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for pulling and shipping toner and supplies to our customers in a timely and accurate manner. They will check in supply orders that are shipped in via UPS/Fed Ex and check in supply orders via freight delivery. The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will stock our shelves or put items in our overstock area.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and package items for shipment
• Create shipping labels and documentation
• Pulling and shipping supply orders
• Receiving supplies and stocking shelves
• Checking returned supplies and putting on the shelf
• Monthly supply inventory and cleaning warehouse/workstations
• Restocking work area of shipping supplies, restocking shelves, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse, and temperatures can vary from extremely cold to extremely hot.

This position frequently uses mailing supplies such as boxing materials, tape guns, and box cutters.

Standing on your feet majority of the day.

Being able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 40/hrs week

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma

Preferred Education and Experience

Some college is desired but not required.
