Location: Madison, TN

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or related experience preferred
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
  • Dependable, safety‑conscious, and self‑motivated
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
  • Move, load, unload, and transport equipment, inventory, and materials throughout the warehouse
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material‑handling equipment safely
  • Receive incoming shipments and prepare inventory for storage, inspection, or shipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Build crates, pallets, and protective packaging for transportation and storage
  • Record inventory transactions and movements using warehouse management systems
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading activities
  • Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines
  • Assist with documentation updates, process improvements, and warehouse projects as needed
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation when required
