Compensation

$60,000-$70,000 annually

Availability required all 7 days of the week.

Warehouses have multiple shifts; schedules are subject to change. Warehouse leadership is expected to be onsite during their scheduled shift.

Ground Operations Supervisor, a hands‑on leader working day‑to‑day with Warehouse Associates and Leads. Responsible for staff development, coaching, operational excellence, report accuracy, scheduling, cross‑functional communication, and efficient processing of sort and launch packages.

• Effectively schedule shifts based on operational hours and projected volume.
• Coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Demonstrate values‑based leadership to achieve key KPIs and metrics.
• Partner cross‑functionally to ensure a successful operation and organization.

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in logistics, operations, or related field.
• Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, thriving in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Physically able to work in a warehouse environment: standing, moving boxes, lifting up to 50 pounds, operating in hot/cold temperatures, loud noise, minimal travel.
