The third shift Warehouse Lead Associate is responsible for assisting in overseeing nightly warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are consistently met. This position provides hands‑on leadership to warehouse associates, coordinates workflow, and serves as the primary point of contact during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate leads by example, promotes teamwork, and ensures efficient movement of inventory while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday from 7 PM to finish.

You will:

  • Assist 3rd Shift Leadership during the shift.
  • Assign daily work tasks and monitor employee productivity to ensure operational goals are achieved.
  • Coordinate and assist with order picking and loading job functions.
  • Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.
  • Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Address operational issues, resolve employee concerns, and elevate matters to management when necessary.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Complete required reports, shift documentation, and communicate important updates during shift transitions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational errors.

You have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
