Material Handler/Forklift Operator-2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Material Handler/Forklift Operator with experience using RF (Radio Frequency) scanners to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the facility while ensuring accurate inventory tracking using RF scanning equipment.
2nd Shift – Must be available to train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
MANDATORY OVERTIME MAY BE REQUIRED SOME WEEKS
QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1–2 years of forklift operator experience required
Equipment/Software Skills: Ability to achieve proficiency in onsite forklift testing and evaluation; experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems; basic computer knowledge; experience in fast-paced warehouse/distribution/manufacturing settings; knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS);
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical: Must be able to walk throughout the plant, to include walking and climbing up/downstairs and ladders (portable, fixed). Must have be ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally is required.
Sensory: Must have the appropriate level of sensory acuity (visual, hearing, speaking, smell and touch) to be able to identify and react to normal, abnormal and alarm conditions (chemicals, temperature, etc.)
Mental/Reasoning: Must be able to logically and methodically work through and break down complex problems and processes to enable effective communication with all levels of the organization.
