Starting Salary: $52,000 annually

What You'll OwnAs our Warehouse & Inventory Specialist, you'll become the point person for keeping our inventory accurate, organized, and ready to serve our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
Safely operate forklifts to load customer vehicles, delivery trucks, and company trucks.
Receive incoming vendor shipments by unloading, inspecting, counting, and accurately receiving inventory into our inventory management system.
Maintain inventory accuracy through organization, cycle counts, and attention to detail.
Ensure physical inventory and system inventory remain aligned by accurately documenting receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
Use our inventory software to track inventory, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies before they become problems.
Pick and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Load a wide variety of construction materials including pipe, fittings, drainage products, and bagged materials.
Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure inventory, deliveries, and customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Deliver exceptional service to contractors and customers by loading materials safely and professionally.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

QualificationsPrevious warehouse experience required.
Previous forklift experience required.
Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, shipping & receiving, or warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) strongly preferred.
Strong computer proficiency and confidence using inventory software, email, and Microsoft Office or similar business applications.
Ability to accurately enter, maintain, and reconcile inventory records with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position.
You should be able to:
Frequently lift and carry materials weighing approximately 50 pounds, with occasional heavier items.
Load and unload pipe, fittings, and construction materials throughout the day.
