Warehouse Assistant

SERVPRO is hiring a Warehouse Assistant I to support our restoration and construction teams. In this entry-level role, you'll receive, label, and store equipment and materials, stage supplies for crews, and help load and unload trucks for daily jobs. You'll track inventory, perform basic data entry, and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. The Warehouse Assistant also assists with cleaning and maintaining tools and restoration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store incoming equipment, tools, and construction materials
• Stage materials and equipment for restoration crews based on daily work orders
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform basic data entry in inventory systems
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
• Assist with cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining restoration equipment and tools
• Prepare, package, and label items for transfers, returns, or disposal
• Report damaged or missing inventory and equipment issues to the supervisor
• Follow all SERVPRO and OSHA safety guidelines, including proper PPE use
• Support occasional after-hours or emergency response needs as required
