SummaryThe focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step‑by‑step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.

- Verify incoming shipments by comparing orders with packing lists and invoices.
- Load and unload transfer shipments according to designated schedules.
- Process and stage all tagged materials in designated storage areas.
- Conduct cycle counts for assigned inventory areas to ensure accuracy.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for material handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving and storage areas.
- Assist with general warehouse and delivery tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the leadership team or senior management.
- Be able to act as a backup delivery driver as needed.
