Looking for Warehouse Salvage Associate jobs in Nashville where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Education Requirements

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read basic instructions and perform simple math calculations.
• Willingness to learn warehouse, recycling, and salvage operations through on-the-job training.

Experience Requirements

• No previous experience required. Paid training provided.
• Previous warehouse, general labor, material handling, recycling, loading/unloading, or production experience is a plus.
• Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment is helpful but not required.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining productivity, quality, and workplace safety standards.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to continuously lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing 50+ pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in an active warehouse, salvage, and recycling environment.
• Comfortable performing physical labor and repetitive tasks.

Job Duties

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Sort, label, wrap, and prepare products and materials for shipment.
• Move, organize, and process textiles, furniture, hard goods, and donated items.
• Inspect and grade donations for salvage, recycling, resale, or disposal.
• Prepare salvage materials for sale and shipment.
• Weigh containers and maintain accurate records of processed materials.
• Operate pallet jacks, tipping equipment, and other material-handling tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
