** What You Will Do as a 2nd shift Distribution Manager:
*** Manages departments within the assigned distribution center ensuring adequate staffing levels
* Manages 7 - 10 hourly supervisory staff members engaged in operations to include:* + Maintaining distribution schedules to ensure our adherence to customer and company requirements such as cost and quality + Physical and systematic product receiving and replenishment + Inventory accuracy - confirm inventory information matches the physical inventory quantities of the warehouse by recording and reporting data metrics + Ensure quality defect rates remain within acceptable range + Measurement of daily and weekly workforce KPI's + Continuous process improvement objectives + Safety policy compliance + Budget planning and review responsibility
*** This is a second shift position. Hours will vary, but normal second shift hours are 2:30 pm-11:00 pm.**
