** About the Position*
* Kelly is hiring a dependable and motivated  
** Warehouse Lead
** to join a small, team-oriented warehouse operation in Nashville. This is a hands-on role supporting a team of three warehouse employees.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while supporting daily warehouse operations. The selected candidate will also receive training on computer-based warehouse functions.

** Responsibilities*
* + Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

+ Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders.

+ Load and unload trucks.

+ Receive, move, and organize warehouse materials.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

+ Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

+ Support the daily workflow and productivity of the warehouse team.

+ Learn and perform computer-based warehouse tasks following training.

+ Help ensure materials and orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

** Qualifications*
* + Previous warehouse experience preferred.

+ Forklift experience required.

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

+ Willingness to perform hands-on warehouse duties.

+ Ability to learn computer systems and new processes.

+ Strong work ethic and dependable attitude.

+ Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials.

+ 30-minute lunch
