Full‑Time

Natchez, MS

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA‑accredited dental school
• Current Mississippi license or eligible upon graduation
• Current CPR and BLS certifications
• Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous
• Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written

• First‑year employment guarantee of $200,000 or the greater of 30% of adjusted production
• Second‑year earning 30% of adjusted production
• Sign‑on bonus of $15,000
• Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.
• Annual CE Budget of $2,500; extensive in‑house CE program.
• Full Medical and Benefits
