- Patient ratios and unit size per facility standards
The Med-Surg RN provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, including assessments, medication administration, monitoring, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Utilizes the Nursing Process in accordance with hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Act.
