Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Travel)

Natchez, Mississippi

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the facility EMR
• Float to other units as required by facility staffing needs

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Mississippi
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification — must be active at time of submission
• Permanent residence located 50 or more miles from the facility

• Experience working in a travel nursing capacity
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems in an acute care setting

• Immediate start available for qualified candidates on a 13-week contract engagement
• Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience in a Medical Surgical setting
