What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize expertise of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer's services
  • Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitments
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Ability to engage in conversations and close sales effectively

    Proactive approach to customer service and relationship building
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Sales Force
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
