Two years of experience in administrative services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
Job Duties:
- Maintain an organized and efficient lobby environment to support daily office operations.
- Greet and assist clients at the reception desk, providing courteous and responsive customer service.
- Upload and organize verification documents and other pertinent information for eligibility staff.
- Assist clients with completing and submitting online applications using available kiosks.
- Register applications and ensure information is accurately recorded and processed.
- Maintain and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and other office correspondence.
- Provide administrative and customer support to eligibility staff to promote timely and accurate service delivery.
