- Master's Degree in Sports Administration, Kinesiology or similar areas is required.
- At least 4 years' experience in facilities/events at an NCAA Division 1 institution as full-time employee, graduate student, student worker, or intern required.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal communication skills, and computer skills required.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of all athletics facilities including setting up and tearing down all facilities for events and managing facility issues such as maintenance, custodial services, landscape, property control, etc.
- Serve as Event Manager for several sports including baseball, soccer, tennis, track & field, and all university events such as commencement, and non-university events.
- Serve as main contact for high school football events.
- Serve as Prather Coliseum Manager responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the arena.
- Assist with game management of football, basketball for both men and women, softball, and volleyball.
